The water gets all the attention. But what matters is what shifts in daily life once people start using it.
For many people, the first noticeable difference is that their legs don’t feel as weighed down. The puffiness eases. Moving around feels less uncomfortable.
By the fifth day or so, some start feeling more energized throughout the day instead of constantly running on empty. Nights become more restful, too, and waking up feels a little easier. Then, after a few weeks, people begin noticing changes they weren’t even looking for.
Getting around feels easier. Their gut feels more settled. They feel less run-down. That mental haze starts to lift.
And that’s where things get interesting.
People start out focused on one nagging issue, then find themselves noticing changes in other areas, too.
What looked like a dozen unrelated complaints may be part of a bigger picture. Sometimes, the body’s systems don’t work in isolation, and neither do the problems that affect them.
